MY purpose

 

 

 

Hi, I'm Peggy.

 

Ordinary life, big dreams

 

Do you have an unquenchable desire to be on purpose and make a difference in the world? Unsure how to get there? That’s a snapshot of where I was over 30 years ago. My journey began with believing that my best growth would come through being a mother and a wife. Sure enough, that was true. This has not been an easy road. There have been times when I felt like I’ve totally failed. My life doesn’t look the way I thought it would at this point. And, it was what I needed to be able to fly.

 

I needed help

 

I’ve always dreamt of creating an impact that would change lives for the better. Halfway through my marriage, I needed to get help and I didn’t want to spend years sitting in a therapy office. I wanted something that could go to the root issues fast. I found The Journey, fell in love and became a Certified Journey Practitioner (CJP).

 

You see, my passion in life is empowering others to find clarity, purpose and personal power.

 

But I wasn’t ready yet. I hadn’t experienced all I needed to be fully on my path. It wasn’t until I was awakened to the betrayal, trauma, and manipulation that had been my life for 34 years, that all the puzzle pieces came together. Thanks to God, I had all the tools and support I needed for this extremely painful awakening. I lost my marriage and who I thought I was. I discovered that because of the covert abuse I’d experienced for years, I really couldn’t fly. My wings were being clipped, even as I was doing everything in my power to become my best self. This lead me to get further training to become a certified coach and partner trauma specialist, specifically working with partners of those with problematic sexual behavior.

 

How I make a difference

 

Through restorative, guided meditation and very effective inquiry I guide you to:

 

• Change unwanted sabotaging beliefs and patterns

• Get clear on boundaries, even in very difficult relationships

• Gain clarity within yourself and in your relationships

• Recognize and gain tools to mitigate manipulation and gaslighting

• Live your values and find your strength
